El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant in Robertsdale

Great food at a great price! Chile rellenos is my favorite, and theirs is great! Pepper was nice and fresh, with a nice amount of heat to it. I got the lunch special with the pepper and a taco with guacamole salad. Nice bonus, it came with rice and beans that I didn't expect. Also ordered a margarita. Everything was great. Definitely will visit again!Edit: I forgot to mention the service was great too! I only wish my ticket had the server's name so that I could brag on him.

Love El Rodeo. Food is always good and they have no issues with my pickiness. I don't like beans and am allergic to peppers. (My fajita's were bean and pepper free)

The pricing is beyond competitive for what you get. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is genuinely homely. I've never had a bad time at this restaurant.

If you're in the area and want some Mexican food then this is a great place to check out. Ate there for the first time tonight. Food was great. Service was was perfect and very quick. Very reasonable prices. Lots of options. Margaritas were great as well.

In my opinion, this is the best Mexican restaurant in Baldwin County. It may look like a rough building, but the food is spot on. I know awhile back, they were trying to build a whole new building, but everything was just too expensive. The have the lot, just not pushing forward that I know of yet! Hopefully, someone will donate. If the food is already this good, imagine what it could be with a brand new building/parking lot! But, the California Burrito is where it’s at!! Best thing there!!! Food is affordable and comes out faster than the McDonald’s up the street! Cheese Dip 👍👍👍

They're always friendly & helpful. Delicious food & the best guacamole ice ever had! Reasonable prices for a LOT of food! I have relatives who can't wait to come here when they visit!

My favorite in Baldwin County!

Took a neighbor's recommendation and drove 25 minutes from Daphne to eat Mexican at El Rodeo in Robertsdale. So glad we made the drive! Our server was fast, friendly and attentive, the food was fresh, delicious and HOT, and the peach margaritas were frozen perfection!! We've found our new 'go to' spot for great Mexican food!!

Very good food! I believe I had the California Burrito, and it was very tasty! Will definitely be going back again!

It has been a while since I visited this restaurant but so glad I made a return visit. The fish tacos were out of this world along with the simple yet perfect chicken taco. Will be back!!!

So good! Tiny bit pricey for Mex but totally worth it. Salsa was spicey and perfect, almost filled up on chips, which I never do at Mex restaurants. (Because most don't have great salsa.)

I have been going here for at least 16 years when I was 14 and every time I go the staff is so friendly. The wait staff is responsive and awesome!! The food is always delicious! This is my go-to place to eat out!!

Today was not a good experience at El Rodeo. We waited 7 minutes at the table and no one spoke to us or served us in any way. If you've eaten here you know this is not business as usual. We got up and left. The cashier we told of our experience could not be bothered. Cesar is definitely not running this show any longer haven't seem him since they reopened

This place wont disappoint you! Not the best looker but the food is amazing! I had the Rajitas Poblano and it was A1, I don’t remember my waitresses name, but i want to say it was Emily? she did a fantastic job! I look forward to coming in again

Disappointed in the lunch I ordered today. Ordered 2 chicken quesadillas grilled chicken/cheese only. That was made correctly. However, the tortilla was burnt, and the chicken was dry, tasteless and chewy/crunchy.

I just had lunch here with friends. The food is very good, and I want to especially compliment the staff. They were friendly and attentive but not intrusive. My 2 year old grandson was given special attention and consideration. I had traditional Mexican, and my friend had a Greek salad and falafel, both were authentic and quite tasty.

Great service, they really care about their customers and have been consistent for years.

We got seated and got our chips took 10 to fifteen minutes for them to realize we didn't get our drinks. When we finally got our drinks they realized we didn't get our menus. After looking over menus for 10 to fifteen minutes they finally came to take our order. After we got our food no one ever came to give refills or check how our food was. We had to ask for our boxes. We told the guy at the front desk what happened he said no it didn't take that long I was here. So needless to say it was one of the worst experiences I've had. I try to be understanding considering I have been a waitress but the whole situation was just rude and unprofessional. Especially considering how much money we were spending with 9 people.

I love this place! The food is always so good and the service is excellent. All of the staff members are so friendly too. Wednesday and Thursday are margarita nights. Will be back with friends and family!

While the food here is good for the most part, we have had too many instances of the order not being correct and then during the virus outbreak the prices went up rather quickly so we have simply stopped going there altogether.

Great good and service! Been eating here for years and I've never been disappointed! Their guac is fantastic!
